Ed Sheeran takes the stage at Raymond James Stadium on Saturday at 6 p.m., drawing a crowd for what organizers call the weekend’s largest pop performance. The concert, previously announced with Macklemore as the support, now features Isaac Stone in that role. As of Thursday, approximately 200 field seats remained available, though inventory for stand seating appeared more plentiful.

The hip hop sector of the local scene is equally active. The Cash Money/No Limit Tour arrives at Benchmark International Arena on Saturday at 8 p.m. The bill unites artists from two New Orleans based labels. Onstage, Birdman, the founder of Cash Money Records, will perform alongside Master P, Juvenile, Mannie Fresh, Silkk the Shocker, and Boosie Badazz.

Classical music lovers have two distinct orchestral options. The Tampa Bay Symphony, under conductor Mark Sforzini, performs a program titled Wild Kingdom And Swan Dreams at the Straz Center’s Ferguson Hall on Sunday at 2:30 p.m. The repertoire includes Tchaikovsky’s Swan Lake Overture, Sy Brandon’s Animalia, a finalist in the International Composition Competition, and Leroy Anderson’s The Waltzing Cat. The ensemble will repeat this program on Nov. 13 at the New Tampa Performing Arts Center and on Nov. 15 at the St. Petersburg Coliseum.

The Florida Orchestra presents a Latin centric bill on Friday at 7:30 p.m. at the Straz Center’s Ferguson Hall. Conductor Carlos Miguel Prieto leads the performance, which features harpist Emily Levin from the Dallas Symphony Orchestra in Ginastera’s Harp Concerto. The program also includes Gabriela Ortiz’s Teenek and the complete ballet music from Manuel de Falla’s The Three-Cornered Hat. The orchestra plays again on Saturday at 7:30 p.m. at the Mahaffey Theater and on Sunday at 2 p.m. at Ruth Eckerd Hall.

World music events span the weekend. Antoine Boyer and Yeore Kim perform at the Friday Morning Musicale in Tampa on Friday at 7 p.m. The duo, a French gypsy jazz guitarist and a South Korean harmonica player, will present their show Parisian Skies, Spanish Hearts. On Saturday at 7 p.m., Puerto Rican drummer Dimas Sanchez and the Afro Latin Jazz Project play the outdoor Rosie Cohen Stage in the Warehouse Arts District. The Museum of Fine Arts St. Petersburg hosts Masquerade in Motion on Saturday from noon to 2 p.m. The free event, which requires registration, features the Tampa based Kuumba Dancers and Drummers followed by an interactive workshop.

Rock and pop genres continue with Canada’s Classic Albums Live at the Capitol Theatre on Friday, performing a note for note rendition of AC/DC’s Highway to Hell. R&B singer Victoria Monét, the 2023 Grammy winner for Best New Artist, plays the Yuengling Center on Sunday. The band Spill Canvas performs with a full orchestra at the Capitol Theatre on Sunday in a show titled Emo Orchestra.

Theater venues host several premieres and closing runs. Misery at Jobsite Theater closes with its Sunday matinee. The End Slavery Monologues opens at Stageworks Theatre on Friday and Saturday. American Stage begins a run of Steve Martin’s Meteor Shower, while The Da Vinci Code starts its run at FreeFall Theatre. A co production by ThinkTank and Tampa Repertory Theatre, Peter and the Starcatcher, opens at the Straz Center Shimberg Playhouse.

Art institutions mark the weekend with new exhibitions. The St. Petersburg Arts Alliance launches its 12th annual SHINE Mural Festival on Friday, running through Nov. 15. The Dalí Museum opens Dalí: Disruption + Devotion on Saturday, an exhibit organized by the Boston Museum of Fine Arts that pairs Dalí’s work with pieces by El Greco, Diego Velázquez, Luis Meléndez, and Francisco Goya. The James Museum of Western & Wildlife Art opens Kay Walking Stick/Hudson River School on Saturday, placing works by the contemporary Cherokee artist in conversation with 19th century Hudson River School paintings, including those by Albert Bierstadt.
