Sioux Falls hosts Halloween comedy and cabaret night

A combined comedy and cabaret show will take place in downtown Sioux Falls on Friday, October 30. The event, organized by Sara Manson, runs from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Clubb 224 inside Lucky’s. Attendees can expect a mix of local humorists, musical performances, and a costume competition.

Manson stated that this marks the first time cabaret acts are integrated into the Halloween comedy lineup. The program opens with host Jacob Womack, followed by DJ Jocelyn, who will provide music for the performers. The cabaret segment will feature Halloween-themed routines. Manson will serve as the headliner, preceded by Adam Goodge, who was named Sioux Falls’ Funniest Comedian of the Year last year.

A costume contest is included in the evening’s activities, with cash prizes awarded to participants. Manson noted that all performers will wear costumes. Goodge expressed enthusiasm for the event, stating that he enjoys making people laugh and has many costumes at home that he is eager to use.

Goodge described the night as a fun opportunity to break out his costume collection. Manson said the show aims to provide a full Halloween experience through the blend of genres. The event is scheduled for the day after the source article’s publication date.
