The women's basketball transfer portal saw heavy movement this cycle, with nearly 1,600 players entering the system.
Three programs lost the majority of their rosters to the portal: Stanford, Iowa State, and Tennessee. Those departures have redistributed star power across the country.
Audi Crooks is moving from Iowa State to Oklahoma State. The 6-foot-3 senior center was the No. 2 scorer in Cyclones history. She averaged 25.8 points per game last season and will anchor the interior for the Cowgirls.
UCLA added Addy Brown, a 6-2 senior forward from Iowa State. Brown averaged 13.6 points, 8.1 rebounds, and 5.2 assists last year despite missing 11 games due to injury. Coach Cori Close is replacing her top six players from the previous national championship team, and Brown is a key piece of that rebuild.
Talaysia Cooper left Tennessee for Ole Miss. The 6-foot senior guard averaged 16.6 points for the Lady Vols last season. She shot 34.3% from the 3-point line, a skill that Coach Yolett McPhee-McCuin expects to bolster the Rebels' offense.
Madison St. Rose joined Notre Dame from Princeton. The 5-foot-10 graduate guard exhausted her eligibility at the Ivy League school. She will provide veteran leadership and serve as a backcourt partner for star Hannah Hidalgo.
Jordan Lee transferred from Texas to South Carolina. The 6-foot junior guard was the No. 2 scorer for the Longhorns, averaging 13.2 points last season. She is known for perimeter defense and joins a deep Gamecocks roster.
Aaliyah Crump is moving to Duke from Texas. The 6-1 sophomore forward averaged 7.9 points last year but played in only 24 games due to injury. She shot 32% from the 3-point arc and adds an offensive option for Kara Lawson's squad.
Maryland welcomed Nunu Agara from Stanford. The 6-2 senior forward averaged 11.4 points and 6.1 rebounds over three seasons at the Cardinal. Last year, she posted 15.3 points and 8.7 rebounds per game. Her experience will guide a young Terrapins team.
Liv McGill joined Oklahoma State from Florida. The 5-foot-9 junior guard averaged 22.5 points, 6.3 assists, and 6.1 rebounds for the Gators. With Audi Crooks now on the same roster, McGill may not need to carry the entire offensive load as she did in Florida.
Dani Carnegie is transferring to Iowa for the second time. The 5-foot-9 junior guard averaged 17.8 points for Georgia last year and 12.9 as a freshman at Georgia Tech. She adds scoring depth to the Hawkeyes.
Jada Williams joined LSU from Iowa State. The 5-foot-8 senior guard is on her third team after playing at Arizona. She averaged 15.3 points and 7.7 assists for the Cyclones last season and is considered one of the top point guards in the country.
